This year's spring training starts on February 18 in Fort Myers, Florida. Spring training is a series of practices for the players to get ready for the season. First the pitches go because it is necessary for them to get back in the grove. Then about two weeks later the rest of the players come and spring training starts.
As of right now the Minnesota Twins have 64 players going to camp, with only 39 players on there 40 player roster. They have budget between 97-99 million dollar budget so they are not thinking about adding another big time player.
I am a huge Twins fan have been forever so I will like to hear what you say but can't wait for it to all begin

ReplyDeleteWhy are so many going to camp if they only have a 40 person roster? Will some of the original 39 leave based on camp? Are the extra 15 all shooting for the 1 extra spot?
ReplyDeleteSo many go because say that one of there top guys get hurt well now they know who there best next option is. Exactly they all have to prove to the team that there better then the next guy in line.
